Considering IdRelay?
A few things to know before you decide.
Can we bring recipient lists from another tool?
Yes. IdRelay imports contacts from Excel and CSV. We can plan the move together, including how to handle unsubscribed contacts, data fields and integrations.
Can several people work in the same account?
Yes. The number of editors is unlimited. Control access through groups, folders and permissions.
Can we use our own visual identity?
Yes, campaign templates can be adapted to your visual identity. We review which templates you need and which design work should be included in your setup.
Where are the servers?
IdRelay’s server environment is in Sweden. The security and privacy pages explain hosting, responsibilities and personal data processing.
What happens when I request a demo?
