Hosting and storage in Sweden
IdRelay runs on servers in a data centre in Sweden. The facility has fire protection, cooling and a redundant power supply. Only authorised personnel have access to the data centre.
Access and encrypted communications
Communications between the user’s browser and the service are encrypted. Authentication and permission checks control access to the account and its contents. Passwords are not stored in readable plain text.
You can manage editors’ permissions and use two-factor authentication or SSO with Entra ID. Contact us to discuss access and sign-in for your organisation.
Monitoring and backups
The server environment is protected by firewalls. We monitor and analyse system logs and use redundancy and backups. Full backups are made daily in accordance with our backup procedures.
Staff and confidentiality
Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel. Staff are subject to confidentiality commitments. As a data processor, Interdo AB is responsible for the technical and organisational security measures within the assignment.
Sender settings
We help you with SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI for your sending domain. These settings form part of sender authentication and deliverability work.
